Redcape Hotel Group: Room for distribution growth as pubs re-open
In today's edition of Small Cap Stocks Down Under, Redcape Hotel Group is a Sydney-based operator of pub properties. After a rough few months following the onset of the Coronavirus Pandemic, the company is now reaping the benefits of pub reopenings across Australia. It still managed to produce a strong FY20 result despite the challenging circumstances and its customer reviews have been positive. However, even with the improving economic backdrop and recent performance, Redcape shares continue to trade below net asset value at less than $1.00. That’s attractive to us now that Australia is more or less back to ‘normal.’
Also in today's edition, a look at Real Estate Investment Trust APN Convenience Retail REIT (ASX: AQR) and software developer iSelect (ASX: ISU).
