Small Cap Stocks Down Under 4 March 2022: Lark Distilling (ASX:LRK)

Lark Distilling: We’ll still drink to it

In today’s edition of Small Cap Stocks Down Under, we look at Tasmanian whiskey company Lark Distilling. Lark has been in the headlines for all the wrong reasons in recent weeks after the departure of CEO Geoff Bainbridge, in circumstances rarely seen among ASX CEOs. We believe once the dust settles from Bainbridge’s departure, the company has a bright future ahead. We like LRK’s acquisition of Pontville last year and think it is in good hands in the short term – with ex-Bellamys boss Laura McBain – and trust the company will find the right permanent replacement.
