Resource Stocks Down Under 1 October 2020: Chalice Gold Mines, Genesis Minerals, Walkabout Resources

Resource Stocks Down Under Edition #2

Chalice Gold Mines: Who’s this hot girl called Julie Marr?

Today in Resource Stocks Down Under, most of us would rather forget 2020 but not, we suspect, the shareholders of the Perth-based mineral explorer Chalice Gold Mines. On the last day of 2019 the stock was changing hands at 22.5 cents. By 29 September it had gotten to $2.70. If you meet a Chalice shareholder, they’re likely to be talking excitedly about a girl named Julie Marr. What they actually mean is Julimar, WA, site of what looks like a massive new nickel discovery not far from Perth. Possibly that excitement has gotten a little excessive in recent days.

Also in today’s edition, a look at gold miner Genesis Minerals and graphite miner Walkabout Resources.
