AUB Group

AUB Group owns a network of insurance brokers and insurance underwriting agencies, with more than 70 partner businesses operating around Australia. The company is benefiting from strong organic growth in the brokers and agencies that it acquires, where the company is able to acquire businesses that have strong customer loyalty. In FY21 these businesses drove growth in underlying NPAT of 23%, to $65m. AUB has guided to 16-21% earnings growth in FY22, with solid premium growth and further bolt-on acquisitions expected to contribute. Consensus numbers suggest FY23 and FY24 can also see high single-digit growth overall.
