This REIT is Australia’s largest domestic pure play for industrial property. The portfolio includes 53 high-quality, fit-for-purpose industrial assets situated in key ‘in-fill’ locations and close to key infrastructure. The portfolio is 90% weighed to Australia’s East Coast with 60% of portfolio income derived from the consumer staples, telecommunications and pharmaceutical industries.
