This REIT is Australia’s largest pure play for office property with 23 high quality office assets around the country. The portfolio is predominantly metropolitan and ‘near city’, with a focus on assets close to transport where the rents could be considered ‘affordable’. The average age of the buildings is only around 16 years and around 80% of income companies from government, multinationals and ASX-listed companies.
