This company owns or manages in excess of 220 properties with 3.4 million sq m of net lettable area. There is $3bn in direct property investments in Australia and A$11.5bn in total assets under management across Australia, New Zealand and Europe. For the assets under management the main focus is office, which is about two-thirds of the portfolio, but there is also sizeable retail and industrial/logistics properties.
