This REIT owns sub-regional and neighbourhood shopping centres, as well as other convenience retailing assets, across Australia. The portfolio currently comprises 85 wholly-owned convenience-based shopping centres and another five in unlisted funds. The portfolio currently enjoys high occupancy in the order of 98%. There is an active pipeline of development opportunities.
