Bailador: Is venture capital a refuge from the tech crunch?

Bailador is a venture capital fund, investing in tech companies that are beyond the start-up phase and are looking to expand. It has made some investment successes including SiteMinder and Instaclustr but its shares haven’t been able to escape the “tech wreck” falling nearly 30% in 6 months.
